Beeutiful prides ourselves of giving the very best service to our valued customers. If you ever have any concerns or questions about your wraps, regardless of when you purchased them, we would appreciate it if you contact us to let us know. We almost always find that these issues can be easily and simply resolved. Don’t ever hesitate to reach out if you are disappointed with your wraps because we lovingly handmade each and every wrap and we would never sit by and not care.

We promise you will love our food wraps just as much as we do! In fact, we are so confident that you’ll become a Beeutiful fan that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give a 5-day money-back guarantee. Please email us at [email protected] within 5 days of purchasing your wraps so if you have any concerns we can address them immediately. This policy excludes goods that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, torn or made unsalable in any other way. They must be returned in original condition and the buyer is to cover the cost of postage unless otherwise agreed. Please mail your product to:

It is recommended that you send it via Registered Post and add insurance to the delivery as you assume the risk of lost, theft or damage during transit. Beeutiful is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit if you choose not to insure. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges

As our products are used on food items we cannot offer returns or exchanges. We only refund or replace defective or damaged products.

Faulty Goods

To organise a refund or replacement of faulty goods please supply proof of purchase and a description and/or photo (at our request) of the fault. In some cases we may need faulty goods to be returned to us for further inspection. We will either replace or refund the faulty item.

To request a refund or replacement, please send an email to Beeutiful Team at [email protected] within 5 days of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items (bargain basket items) cannot be refunded.

Broken or damaged goods

All Beeutiful goods are packed with the utmost care because they are a labor of love for the bees and for all our worker bees in the Hive Quarters! Sadly on rare occasions, goods can be damaged in transit so if this happens please advise us within 72 hours of receiving the goods. Provide photos of the damaged goods and the packaging and email these to [email protected] Within 3 business days we will contact you and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement.

Wrong Items Received

In the case that you receive the wrong item as stated on your order, you have the right to receive the correct item. We will pay the shipping of the correct item, as this is no fault of yours. Please notify us via email [email protected] if this is the case, with your order details (name, address, order number) and a photo of the received items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
